If a person is born to an absentee mother, father, and then taken in as an infant & eventually adopted by close relatives, said person goes through immense suffering & turmoil under the care of said relatives. Does adoption/taking guardianship over children abandoned by their genitors prolong suffering according to AN? Is it the fault of those that adopted him, who've abetted & aided in introducing him to a potentially painful existence within society? Or the fault of those who brought him into this world, the mother who gave birth to him, the father who inseminated?

Or an asexual who adopts a kid, though never brought the child into existence through procreation. Yet, similarly, the child will expect to experience immense suffering within his societal upbringing, is this the fault of the biological parents who are completely absent in this regard?

I see what you mean, you would consider verbal violence though? It does not align with the act itself, so how could verbal violence be considered proper violence? You commit the act of speaking, and these words are detached, they have no action. Speaking, saying "You suck." I'm not sure could be exactly categorized as violence. If someone had said to you those words, it could pain someone, but not be a violent act.
