I just want to see a good film (on my criteria) that reflects the intentions of the filmmaker, whatever they may be.

Clarity, peace of mind, seeing how other people view things. Get rid of my sloppy thinking and acceptance of things as they are. Not to find truth, possibly to find meaning.

I wasn't aware there were any biological arguments, it is all social/cultural/nurture.

If you have the nouse to post 370 times on this forum, then you are definitely doing yourself down.

Out of the choices it would be recreational activity. I'm not looking for answers per se, or looking to achieve goals, I am looking for peace of mind, but I only seem to achieve it in the process, not as a goal/destination, which ids OK by me. I love learning, mainly science and philosophy and the achievement of learning or seeing the world in a different way, gives me peace of mind.
