  • Are there a limited amounts of progressive content available to creative sci-fi writers?
    ↪James Riley

Yikes. That’s not good. One of the most important aspects of Trek from the 60’s was how innovative it was. If they can’t do that anymore; I don’t see much of a reason to continue writing stories.
  • Why is so much allure placed on the female form?
    ↪Possibility

I like the way you think. I agree with what you are saying. Unfortunately society puts a lot of pressure on how women look.
  • Are we alone? The Fermi Paradox...
I recommend you watch Isaac Arthur. He has tons of episodes exploring the Fermi Paradox. Here is a list of episodes with links.

To save you some time, Isaac thinks intelligent life is extremely rare and that we are the only ones at least in our group of galaxies.
  • Is intelligence levels also levels of consciousness?
    ↪RogueAI

Well I have to concede and agree with you and everyone else. It’s just my friends perception of reality is so warped. He wouldn’t stop with his teacher so I said she was watching him with a telescope; sarcastically. He said “How do you know?” I just thought the lack of reality was due to lower perception of the world.
  • Is their any evidence to suggest science ideas for technology is endless?
    ↪Windbag

I understand what you’re saying. Technological progress can be impeded by human limitations BUT humans are also very intelligent and someone would quickly determine a 1,000 mph car is dangerous and inefficient and would work on making a train or plane go that speed. Much easier to control and while not as convenient; same end result.
