    Hiya.
    Thank you very much for change of user name.
    My password hasn't turned-up yet, but I now have no trouble logging on. I think the difficulty was from my side not yours. I do apologise for this, and again thanks for the changes - much appreciated.

    I would like my user name changed to John Barnes.

    I cannot sign-in as it tells me my password is incorrect. But it is the pasowrd I used in the first place.
    It says instructions for reset have been set. No they havn't

    Hi.Sorry I don't know what you mean.
    I am trying to change my user name (that which appear to the person I am replying to) It tells me how to change my bio and email etc but not my user name.
    Any help would be appreciated.
