Depression and Individualism I think listening to your body and what you eat is more accurate that "listening to your heart" (whatever that means). I don't know what"Depression" is. All I know is that there's usually a good reason for why I am feeling down. Setbacks are inevitable, but sometimes I let myself go, not taking proper care of my body, such as eating junk food, and engaging in self-destructive behavior. I need to get a grip and go on with my life.
Treat your body right, it will reward you with positive feelings.
