If we can't be certain of anything, how can anything be said to be certain?

I've been thinking,

If we cannot be certain that there is awareness/experience (due to not be all knowing), then how can it be said for certain that awareness/experience are happening?

Do we need to have certainty about something to say that it is certain? Or is it certain that the experience of me typing this discussion is happening, even if I can't be certain about it.
