Pick something in your life that you do. You done it? Good.

Now ask "Why" at least 20 times. For example, why did I do X, because of Y, why Y because of Z... etc.

You will find that the final point you arrive at:
Because: 1) Infinite loop (God) 2) Randomness 3) Don't know.

All three options are irrational and make no sense.

Congratulations, you do things in you life, which makes no sense. That's insanity. How about you just stop doing it?
