I believe, yes. that would invoke the mind-body duality. But if you feel you have to struggle with that, it means that you either don't grasp it or you don't accept it. It doesn't make sense to you. It is not real for you. And if, as you say it poses a "problem" for you, well, it is this maybe the adversary you are struggling with.
