  • Anxiety - the art of Thinking

    Yes!

Something is not according to the plan, their idea, and one is anxious about it.
It's just that the lust to have it all under control is so loud that we are faced with great anxiety.
However, a person asks himself to what extent can he influence external and internal things? Is it in my power? What we don't have control over, we should be calm about it and we shouldn't be upset by it.

If we go to psychology, there are really many diagnoses:

    Generalized anxiety disorder

    Mixed anxiety-depressive disorder
    Social phobia
    Agoraphobia
    Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
    Panic disorder
    Specific phobias

I don't want to make any mystification, but this comparison with the forest, said one philosopher lecturer, and maybe it doesn't come from Heidegger, or I'm not interpreting it correctly. But Heidegger was quite concerned with metaphysics and was a phenomenologist.

I agree with your statement, fear - a graspable entity. The anxiety of the unfathomable.

Thank you for your thoughtful response. My intention was not to categorize anxiety as beneficial. Certainly, being active and creative can help alleviate anxiety, but in my experience, it can persist even during action. Not only during passivity but also during activity, a person can feel the weight of anxiety. I’m not sure of the exact term for this phenomenon. Perhaps you are referring to intrusive thoughts—those persistent, unwelcome ideas that can cause distress. During an anxious episode, emotions often override rationality, leading to a struggle between reason and intense feelings. It’s like a battle of emotions and logic. Slowing down, conscious breathing, and reminding yourself that you are in control can indeed be helpful strategies. Remember, those intrusive thoughts are not truly you; they are just passing mental events.

Jung went deep down to the the unconscious... And he dig and dig. and he met that little guy, that warlock, What guards the tower.

Slavok Žižek could tell: no inner world exist.

But I know, the unconscious is real!

    Good morning, sunshines!
Yes. Stoicism is simple, plain and does not remind me of dry bread and water. And the rules and aphorisms, advices give me strength to do hard things of the days.

It gets to the point. And people who believe in free will, or want to be active actors of their life and their decisions, are happier. It makes no sense to try to move a mountain, or someone’s mind.

And the funniest and at the same time saddest thing is: “If you were a puppet and people could control your body, you would not let them, but you lend your mind every day and let yourself be deceived and manipulated by others, you let yourself get angry, you let yourself be taken out of your inner harmony, well-being. Are you balanced at all?”
  • All that matters in society is appearance

Yes - you write. But as is your nickname is Wittgenstein - and he said that: all problems: philosophical and psychological are problems and imperfections of language.

Yes, appearance matters. In an industrial state. In capitalism. And as Nietzsche said: the last man, the little man is a derived existence. First value others and only then yourself. It's a "competition". I see it, for example, in the work and personal fields. For example, muscles provide men with greater self-confidence, clothes fit better and they have a better non-verbal effect on the opponent in communication. So if the person is intelligent and good at communication. And clothes. Sure If a person wears a jacket, the dress looks more serious when he comes to the meeting than if he comes in sweatpants and a shabby t-shirt.

However, we must ask philosophically. When someone puts something to admire, to the eye - what is he hiding?
  • "Focus control"
sometimes coffee increases my anxiety. Tea just distraction, but you can work better with that.

Today I read a beautiful quote: My anxiety is the master of the situation, or it's me. Does being anxious help me with anything?
  • "Focus control"

Yes, but I prepare the V60 Hario method of coffee, ant that contains 150 mg of caffein.

Maybe, now when i am drinking a black tea, pue-ehr or assam it has much more caffein, bcs i drink more batch. however, the half-life is different, and the main peak is also gradual, the molecule of caffeine and theine is the same, but tea has tannins and other substances that cause a slow release of caffeine, compared to coffee.
  • "Focus control"

Thanks for reply and sorry for my late response...

The Focus, I think, the focus is needed for happy live, happy moments. Bcs bad attention is bad for "get done good job", "delivery the performence", do the right and get things done. Be active. Be the good listener for your partner and friend. Be a better in school.

Every humans now are like ADHD.

I am consuming caffeine every day, almost. I prepare v60 hario, max. twice a day.
It is improve my cognitive function and be a faster in my work. And be motivated.
And when is the "bad timing" and more stress is coming. The caffoo support more the stress and distraction. Do I must drink it, when im calm and the
    surroundings.

Today I think i will drink in the work only the quality black tea or white teas...

And home or in Café when I would like to journaling or debating about philosophy.
  • Nietzsche is the Only Important Philosopher

He could write in one sentence what others penned in entire books. An example of his masterful work is "Human, All Too Human." Not a single word extra, straight to the heart of the matter! Thus, he mastered both word and script.
  • What would Aristotle say to Plato if Plato told him he's in the cave?
"All of us are in the cave. Because that cave has become part of our reality, and if we wake up from the illusion (dream), we might wake up into another dream. We can't be certain that it is reality. Everything we experience is through perception (our perception). And Slavoj Žižek would add: I want the third pill!"
