How about those occult stuff, i read somewhere that person emotions and subconscious can cause a poltergeists effect, so thinking about it maybe we exist on multiple layers of dimensions that interact with each other when human is under certain conditions same with meditation: its like we dive into deeper state of mind and you can start to see things you never saw and feel what you normaly wouldnt
