  • Purpose of humans is to create God on Earth
Wouldn't it also depend on how we view mankind? Is mankind based on individuals or can mankind also be viewed as a singular entity as a species? If it is the first, then mankind might appear weak compared to the potential future of robotics. If it is the later mankind as an entity is immensely powerful and the gap between the creator (mankind) and the "technological god" becomes smaller. Isn't it then also easier to view the "technological god" as an extension of mankind, a tool even, and not as a separate "being" that would be able to hold authority over us?
