Referring back to the OP: "uncertainty in philosophy" is doubt; "uncertainty in life" is emotional confusion and/or unquantifiable risk. The latter is more urgent yet less profound than the former though. Life seems a game in which we never have enough time to learn enough of its rules in order to make the best moves.
