Michael Huemer's Approaching Infinity (2016) or Graham Oppy's Philosophical Perspectives on Infinity (2006) are probably your best bets for contemporary scholarship.

My favourite book on it is a bit older - José Benardete's Infinity (1964), which is out of print but available second-hand, and is absolutely awesome.

If you buy a technical book to tell you how to actually build a house, it's likely that nowhere in the book is the phrase "how to build a house." Instead, the book is all about building the house. The book in question here is all about non-finite sets. Find and read reviews. If you want what you say you want, this is it. But it's the real, each-page-difficult, deal. It's the kind of thing that if you're asking, then you very likely do not really want it. But I'm not going anywhere....

Thank you very much, this is actually the answer that I wanted. Thank you. Basically I wanted all the basic books and all the complex books and I wanted to read them from the most basic to the most complicated and advanced.

Plenty of books will introduce you to diagonalization and the cardinal numbers aleph-naught and aleph-c. But that is just the very first of the footprints. There are more alephs than numbers to count them. And not so much about ordinals, and those interesting as well. Maybe just some large numbers to start with, for fun?
